Challenge

Transforming stale, legacy business processes is tough without the right training partner. But first you must recognize the need to update to agile methodologies in the first place. And too often upper management is blind to the glaring need. Mark Layton literally wrote the books on agile and scrum (Agile for Dummies, Scrum for Dummies). He wanted to take a humorous approach to highlighting some of the most common bad meeting practices, so clients could easily relate.

Result

A goofy take on some of the most irritating, yet amazingly common, practices that plague many workplace meetings today. This video played to rousing laughter and applause at the Global Scrum Gathering in San Diego, and now graces the social media channels of Mark Layton’s Platinum Edge service as a constant reminder of how NOT to do things!
